Where do I start with how AMAZING Kim Rankin is and her core strengths of knowing her craft! Let me start by saying that I had touched base with Kim about 18 months ago just inquiring on different things relating to buying/selling a house. Kim was very informative and supportive knowing that I was just gathering info and wasn’t quite ready to make a move. Kim continue to be supportive and was very prompted in answering ANY questions that I had with no strings attached! Fast forward, I called Kim back in July of this year and said I’m ready! Kim spent her morning, days, nights, weekends and awkward hours showing us properties that suited our needs/wants. Once we found the home we wanted the process was “blink” and here are your keys!
